Terms of Service

kumpr is a content management panel that lets you schedule social media content, generate UGC-style ad scripts and video with AI assistance, manage your media library, and review public market/competitor data.

You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential. The account owner is responsible for all actions taken on their account.

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, or Pinterest account, you grant kumpr permission to publish content you determine on behalf of that account. You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting the account.

YOU are responsible for the published content and for its compliance with the terms of service of the platforms it's published to (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Pinterest).

Content you publish through kumpr is subject to the rules of the platform it is published on. For your connected accounts it is your responsibility to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Bluesky Social Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the Pinterest Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

If you publish content generated or modified with artificial intelligence, you must follow the labelling rules of the platform in question. Ticking the AI content box in the composer passes that disclosure on to TikTok.

kumpr is not endorsed, certified by or affiliated with Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bluesky Social PBC or Pinterest. If those platforms change their APIs, rules or access conditions, the related features may be limited without notice.

You can remove a connected account's access at any time from the Connected Accounts page inside kumpr or from the platform's own app settings.

AI features run on your own API key (BYOK) — kumpr does not charge you separately for AI usage; the relevant provider's (Anthropic/OpenAI/fal.ai) own pricing applies.

AI-generated content is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing it — kumpr never publishes anything automatically without your approval/request.

You may not use kumpr for spam, deceptive/fraudulent content, copyright infringement, hate speech, or any purpose that violates the terms of service of the platforms you connect.

You own the content you upload or generate. We own the rights to the kumpr software and interface.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms.

kumpr is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for disruptions caused by connected platforms' (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Pinterest) own outages, policy changes, or quota limits.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
