Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
You can delete the data we hold about you at any time. Below is what each route deletes and how long it takes.
1. Deleting the data of a single social account
Sign in to kumpr, open the Connected Accounts page and click the bin icon next to the account you want to remove.
This immediately deletes the access/refresh tokens, account identifier, display name and profile picture we stored for that account, its Analytics counters and history, and the posts you published on that account outside kumpr that kumpr imported for Analytics, together with their cover-image copies. For TikTok, kumpr also revokes its access on TikTok. An account that is still used by a post in kumpr (a draft, scheduled or published post) cannot be removed this way: move those posts to the Trash first, or revoke kumpr's access from the platform as described below.
You can do the same from the platform: for Facebook/Instagram, Settings → Business Integrations/Apps; for TikTok, Settings → Security → App permissions; for Google/YouTube, https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Bluesky, sign in at https://bsky.social/account and revoke kumpr under "Connected apps" (allow up to 15 minutes to take full effect); for Pinterest, Settings → Security in your Pinterest account and revoke kumpr's access. When you remove the app on Meta, Meta sends us an automatic deletion callback and we delete the corresponding record and the posts imported from those accounts as well. The same happens when you remove kumpr from TikTok's app permissions (or the TikTok account is deleted): TikTok notifies us and we delete the tokens, the Analytics counters and the posts imported from that account.
2. Deleting your whole account
kumpr does not have a self-service "delete my account" button yet — email [email protected] from the address on your account to request deletion. We verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days at the latest. This cannot be undone.
What's deleted or anonymised: your login credentials (email, password), your name and profile picture, your own AI provider keys (BYOK), your notifications, and your active sessions.
kumpr is a TEAM tool: posts, media, projects and scripts you created are part of your team's shared data, not yours alone. Deleting your account does NOT delete this shared content — it stays attributed to an anonymised "deleted user" so your team's work and audit trail stay intact. If you also want a specific piece of shared content removed, say so in your request and we'll review it with your team.
You can disconnect your connected social accounts (see section 1 above) before or independently of your account deletion request.
