Frequently asked questions about connecting social accounts, revoking permissions, and deleting your account.
How do I connect my Facebook page?
Click "Connect Facebook" on the Accounts page, choose the page you want to manage on Facebook's permission screen, and approve the permissions. Only pages you're an admin/role holder on are listed.
How do I connect my Instagram account?
The Instagram account you want to connect must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Click "Connect Instagram" on the Accounts page and complete the same permission screen.
How do I connect my TikTok account?
Click "Connect TikTok" on the Accounts page and approve your account on TikTok's permission screen. Posts are published directly to your account at the scheduled time, with the privacy level you choose in the composer.
How do I connect my YouTube channel?
Click "Connect YouTube" on the Accounts page, sign in with your Google account, and select your channel.
How do I connect my Bluesky account?
Click "Connect Bluesky" on the Accounts page and enter your handle — you'll approve the connection on Bluesky's own sign-in screen (OAuth), just like any other platform. No app password is needed or requested.
How do I connect my Pinterest account?
Click "Connect Pinterest" on the Accounts page and approve the connection on Pinterest's own authorization screen. You'll pick which board to publish to each time you compose a Pin.
How do I disconnect a connected account?
Click "Disconnect" next to the account on the Accounts page. This immediately and permanently deletes your access token.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Contact us at [email protected]; your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable time.
How do the AI features work?
AI script/video generation runs on your own Anthropic/OpenAI/fal.ai API key (BYOK) — generated content is a draft; you review and approve it before publishing.
